Fusion Agency, Inc. Digital Services Service Agreement

This agreement outlines services provided by Fusion Agency, Inc. for agent landing page setup and maintenance.

Scope of Work

Fusion agrees to:

• Build and launch a landing page per selected package
• Provide hosting and maintenance as outlined in the chosen plan
• Perform edits within plan limits

Agent Responsibilities

Agent agrees to:

• Provide accurate content, images, and branding materials
• Respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Use the page in compliance with company marketing standards

Payments

• Setup fees are due before build begins
• Monthly maintenance billed automatically
• Edits outside scope billed separately

Edits Policy

• Maintenance plans include limited edits
• Additional edits billed at standard rate

Ownership

• Fusion retains template ownership
• Agent owns their content and domain
• Domain registration and set up available for additional $75.00 charge

Cancellation

• Maintenance can be canceled with 30 days notice
• Setup fees are non-refundable
